The LUX* Belle Mare is located not far from the charming village of Belle Mare, about 50 km from the capital Port Louis and just under 60 minutes from Mauritius airport.

One of the largest outdoor pools with a separate area for children invites you to relax. Your youngest ages three to eleven await various activities in the Kids Club Play. For the older children from twelve to 17 years old, the Club Studio 17 provides plenty of variety and exciting activities.

Bright color accents on neutral color base tones define the inviting ambience of the 174 modernly furnished suites and villas. Spacious bathrooms feature walk-in showers, sinks, and a bathtub, and each unit is equipped with a king-size bed and dressing area. An absolute highlight is the adjacent chocolate room, where you can watch chocolate being made and even take part in cooking classes.

The Beach Rouge restaurant is right on the beach and offers fruity cocktails and freshly prepared tapas for lunch and dinner. Amari by Vineet treats you to top-notch Indian specialties, and Duck Laundry serves Chinese dishes in a traditional atmosphere.

The rum bar, Mari Kontan, awaits you with a great selection of local spirits and the K-Bar offers light snacks, refreshing drinks and teas.

A popular meeting place is Café LUX, which is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Here you are served a variety of coffees from a self-roasted island blend.

The modern LUX* Belle Mare offers a wide range of varied activities. Browse the great offer and go on a discovery tour on land. Here, for example, you can play beach volleyball, table tennis and tennis, practice yoga and work out in the gym free of charge.

But those who love water sports are also in good hands at the LUX* Belle Mare: Windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, water aerobics, glass-bottom boating, water skiing, stand-up paddling, and snorkeling are all available free of charge. You can also spend a delightful afternoon scuba diving, kite surfing, a catamaran excursion, or on a private water skiing excursion for an additional fee.

The elegant LUX* Me Spa combines fitness, yoga, meditation, relaxation and nutrition. With your personalized spa and wellness program, you can completely relax and bring your body and mind back to a state of balance. Look forward to soothing relaxation massages using organic essential oils, Balinese massages and refreshing facials. A total of 12 treatment rooms are available to guests 18 years old and older.
