Ideally located in a centuries-old lush tropical forest, the luxurious Pimalai Resort & Spa awaits you on Ba Kan Tiang Bay in the southern part of Koh Lanta. Far away from the crowds, you will experience one of the last untouched corners of south Thailand.

The nearest town, Koh Lanta Yai, is around a 15-minute drive from the resort, and Krabi Airport is around 2.5 hours away.

The 121 rooms, suites, and villas are in two resort sections and separated by a quiet street. The rooms, suites, and beach villas nestle in the lower part, while the pool villas are in the upper part of the resort. All residential units offer sea and jungle views.

Further amenities include a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, a minibar, a safe, TV, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, WiFi, and tea/coffee-making appliances.

Deluxe Room — approx. 48 m², with one king-size or two twin beds and a balcony with a ceiling fan. Maximum 2 adults & 1 child (0-11 years old).

Bayfront Deluxe Room — approx. 70 m², just a few steps from the sea. These rooms offer a king-size bed, a double sink in the bathroom, and a spacious balcony. Maximum 2 adults & 1 child (0-11 years old).

Pavilion Suite One Bedroom — approx. 110 m², with a side sea view and a separate living room. These come with a king-size bed, a double sink, an outdoor shower in the private garden, and a wooden terrace. Maximum 3 adults or 2 adults & 1 child (0-11 years old).

Pavilion Suite Two Bedroom — approx. 160 m², this residential unit is perfect for families. It’s similar to the Pavilion Suite One Bedroom but with two bedrooms that are not connected (king-size bed/two single beds). Enjoy the day bed in the living room. Families with young children should note that there’s no fence on the terrace of the master bedroom and living room, which delimits the slope of about one meter. Maximum 6 people.

You won't be bored at the luxurious Pimalai Resort & Spa because they offer a wide range of free activities. From water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, sailing, beach volleyball, beach soccer, tennis, and beach petanque. Please note that motorized water sports are not allowed in this area.

Diving enthusiasts can explore nearby diving areas - the staff of the PADI diving school (open from November to April) will be happy to advise you. You also have access to the in-house gym during your stay. On a bike tour, you can independently explore the area. Those interested in culture can learn about Thai cuisine in various cooking courses or expand their knowledge.
