The houses of the complex are distributed among four traditional villages of the Tochni region: Tochni, Kalavasós, Pentákomo or Psematisménos. Embedded in local life, you will find traditional hospitality and a warm atmosphere among the villagers.

The traditional villages are located between Límassol (about 25 km) and Lárnaca (about 35 km) in the coastal hinterland. The nearest beach, Governer's Beach, is about a 10-minute drive away, depending on which accommodation you are staying at. The famous embroidery village of Léfkara, the nunnery of Agios Minas, the Neolithic archaeological site of Choirokoitia and the village of Fikardou are nearby excursion destinations.

Transfer time from Lárnaca airport: about 30 minutes.

A facility with a family atmosphere and many regular guests. It is the ideal starting point for excursions, exploration tours and hikes in the area, as well as for guests who enjoy traditional ways of living and have an interest in the country and its people.

You will stay in former village houses, built in typical stone house style and lovingly renovated. You will find the central reception in the village of Tochni, where you will also meet the local contact persons of Cyprus Villages, who will attentively take care of the guests. Here you will find out upon arrival in which village your accommodation is located.

Choose between a catered accommodation in the village of Tochni or a self-catering accommodation in the village of Kalavasos or Psematismenos.

You will find an attached lounge area that offers wi-fi internet access and a fully equipped conference room.

The accommodation units vary in size and room layout. All are individually furnished with typical Cypriot, partly handmade furniture, kitchenette with typical equipment and a sitting area with couch or armchair.

The room layout of the Premium Apartments does not differ from the Standard Apartments: enjoy free air conditioning in the bedrooms, toiletries, beach towels, hairdryer, a luxury mattress, pillows and a welcome drink.

Horseback riding and riding lessons are offered at Drapia Horse Farm near Kalavasós (for a fee). During a visit to the regional goat farm, guests can watch the production of the traditional Halóumi cheese (for a fee). In Kalavasós, the resort has an excellently equipped bike station (mountain bikes and racing bikes). Bikes can be rented for a fee. Tour suggestions with descriptions and maps are provided, and guided tours are available upon request. The nearby mountains of the Machairas forest invite for short hikes and walks. Day spa in Tochni with sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, professional therapeutic, relaxation massage, acupressure (each for a fee) and local yoga provider (on request and for a fee).

In Tochni there is an authentic tavern with an outdoor terrace, from which you have a magnificent view over the village of Tochni down to the sea. If you have booked half board, you can also enjoy your dinner here. The taverna is within walking distance from the houses in Tochni and about 5 km from Kalavasos.

All villages have a small local supermarket and taverns where you can have dinner in the evening. At the Governer's Beach at the Andreas & Melani Beach Hotel, guests get free use of sun beds and umbrellas in the garden and at the Thalassa restaurant, you can enjoy authentic local dishes. All major credit cards are accepted.
