Laotian cuisine is an interesting mixture of light, fragrant, and fascinating ingredients. In a half-day course you will learn everything about Laotian cuisine. The cooking course is led by an experienced chef on the banks of the Mekong.
In the private garden of a professional chef, you will not only be shown how to prepare the dishes, but you will also learn about Laotian culture and food etiquette. Using traditional tools and methods, each guest has the opportunity to prepare a variety of dishes and learn the secrets of preparing Lao sticky rice.
At the end, you will be given a small Laotian cookbook to cook the dishes at home.
The transfer takes place in a Tuk Tuk, accompanied by your tour guide.
The course ends around 2 PM.
