Today you will arrive at Catania Airport where a representative of our partner agency will greet you at arrivals. Together you will drive to the port of Milazzo, where you will take the ferry towards the Aeolian Islands.

Your first destination is Lipari. After about 60 minutes, you will reach the largest island of the archipelago and check-in after a short drive to Hotel Tritone. The rest of the day is at your disposal. Stroll through the winding streets and enjoy the first creamy cappuccino of your vacation. On a walk to the marina, which is picturesquely situated between two bays, you can end the evening with a glass of red wine in a cozy bar or in one of the first-class restaurants, such as La Nassa or Filippino. Do you feel that pure Southern Italian flair? An eventful and unforgettable holiday awaits you!

Today you will get to know Lipari, also known as "the gentle one." Explore the 15th-century cathedral and look for past vestiges in the Archaeological Museum, one of Italy's most important.

The Corso Via Vittorio Emanuele street is closed in the evenings for the daily "passeggiata," the evening stroll on the boulevard, when both tourists and locals can freely walk around.

It's quieter a few minutes away from the boulevard: charming cafés and romantic places hide behind walls and gardens. Discover these hidden treasures!

How about a different sightseeing tour today? Rent a scooter (optional) and drive to the most beautiful vantage point of the island: Belvedere Quattrocchi. We hope you have charged your camera because you can capture the adjacent cliffs' incredibly unique view. You can see the picturesque bays and the beautiful beach of Valle Muria from a different perspective.

In the evening, we recommend a delectable meal in a regional restaurant and watching the hustle and bustle of the large piazza at the harbor Marina Corta. Countless cafes and bars await you here. In the northeast of the island, you can see the famous Sciara del Fuoco and the lava and glowing rocks that fall into the sea - an unforgettable natural spectacle!

• During the travel period 01.10 - 31.10, the last collective transfer from Milazzo Port to Catania Airport leaves at 15:15 / 15:30.
• For trips before 8:00 and after 15:15 / 15:30 or 17:00 / 17:15 (depending on the travel period), you’ll be charged a VIP transfer cost.
• The meeting point for all collective transfers from Catania Airport is at the “Bar Sicilia” entrance in the airport terminal's arrival hall.
• The meeting point for all group transfers from the port of Milazzo is at the entrance to the office of the ferry company TARNAV.
• All sea passages between the islands with scheduled boats (speed boat or car ferry)
• Connections between the islands can change at short notice due to technical difficulties or unfavorable sea and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to make changes to the program, such as moving to another island due to bad weather conditions.
• During the ferry crossings, only one hand baggage is free of charge, each additional piece of luggage for a surcharge of approx. 2,-€ (to be paid on site)
• In the event of late arrivals or early departures, flight delays, or poor sea conditions, an overnight stay in Milazzo/Sicily may be necessary.
