Hue, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City are the next destinations on your itinerary. Take a cooking course in a traditional kitchen of Vietnam, go a bike ride through the vegetable, herb, and spice gardens as you get to know the main attractions of these cities. Dive into the world of the Floating Markets of Mekong Delta, where mountains of coconuts, bananas, mangoes, and pineapples fill the colorful wooden boats.
Vietnam is a travel destination you can visit all year round, depending on the region. It’s best to go to north and south Vietnam between November and April, and central Vietnam has pleasant weather from April to September.
After landing at Hanoi International Airport, your English speaking guide will pick you up and take you to your hotel.
Have some time to recover from the journey and freshen up before exploring Hanoi's old quarter on foot in the afternoon. The streets have been around since the 11th century and named after products such as basket, rice noodle, silver, and paper alley. One of the most famous streets is Hang Dao, the silk alley where you will visit a silk flower shop. Drift away amongst the historic streets and enjoy Hanoi’s unique atmosphere. Optionally, you can book a privately guided tour of the neighborhood with your guide.

After breakfast at your hotel, you will embark on a city tour that will take you to the main attractions. Highlights include the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the traditional stilt house, the Dien Huu Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, which is known as the first university in Hanoi, and the ethnological museum.

It's time to pack your bags! Enjoy breakfast in the hotel restaurant before heading to Ninh Binh. On the way, stop at Nho Quan village for a traditional lunch. Then drive to the Gia Hung village and go on a bike ride along the Boi River. Get to know the towns of the delta and the life of the inhabitants.
Next, you will stop in Van Long before you reach Ninh Binh. With a traditional rowboat, glide through rice fields, limestone mountains, channels, and the uniquely beautiful landscape.

Start today with a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters before passing through countless limestone cliffs on your cruise. At 11:00, you will arrive at Halong Bay Harbor, where you will take your transfer back to Hanoi Airport. Pass the Red River Delta and visit the 300-year-old But Thap Pagoda before you reach the airport and continue to Hue.

Cycle through a lagoon landscape to the small village of Tra Que, known for its vegetable, herb, and spice agriculture. Help the local farmers with the harvest, and then choose the mint and basil spices you wish to take with you! These flavors will tell you the secrets of the Tra Que cuisine.

Get an inside look of a weaver's house and cycle through rice and vegetable fields. Are you looking forward to another traditional meal? Well, you’re in luck!
