Whale and dolphin watching

Your tour today starts at the beach of Punta Uvita. Join us to learn about one of the most biodiverse habitats in Costa Rica, Marino Ballena National Park, and discover Costa Rica's most fascinating wonders. We will take you to the famous Whale’s Tail, a spectacular rock formation, the tropical island of Isla Ballena, the famous Tres Hermanas Islands. and the unique Caves of Ventana.

During the tour, keep an eye out for humpback and pilot whales and, if you are lucky, you may even see the Eastern Pacific dolphins, the bottlenose dolphin, and slender dolphins that live off the coast of Uvita.

Don't forget to pack your camera because playful dolphins and humpback whales may also cross your path here. On some days, you can even listen to the song of the humpback whales - simply fascinating.

The area is also ideal for snorkeling. Visit the coral reefs and marvel at the magnificent marine life off Punta Uvita, Isla Ballena, and Tres Hermanas.

Before continuing on to the fascinating natural sea caves on Ventanas Beach, admire the variety of marine birds during visits to the islands.

Depending on your options, your captain will navigate the boat through a natural waterway so you can also get a spectacular view of the inside of the caves.

Throughout the tour, enjoy the magnificent scenery of the coast and take in the impressive mountain scenery of Costa Ballena.
