You have probably seen one of the city's landmarks over and over again from a distance in the last few days. The CN Tower, which is 553 meters hight, looks like a needle made of concrete iconically jutting out from the cityscape. Those who dare to make their way to the top are rewarded with a unique view of the city. For the brave, the glass floor of the observation deck is a special highlight - dare to walk across it?
To get to know the city from its historical and architectural side, don't miss the Distillery District. The site once belonged to the largest distillery in the world - Gooderham. Today, the old red industrial buildings house design studios, art galleries, cafes and many stores and are a magnet for both Toronto residents and visitors.
Another highlight is the longest road in the world according to the Guinness Book of Records, which runs through Toronto. At 1896 kilometers, Yonge Street is longer than any other.

On the route between Kingston and Brockville is an insider's tip known to few. Thousand Islands is a group of 1864 small islands located on the Canada-US border. The Algonquin Provincial Park covers 7,725 square kilometers with countless lakes, forests and rivers. After a few miles, you are going to drive through typical Canadian maple forests and pass lakes, campsites and cliffs that illustrate the scenic diversity of this park. 53 mammals have been counted within Algonquin Park, the largest of which are moose, black bears and wolves, whose encounters should be avoided but are not unlikely. Moose rank particularly high on the list of sightings. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to capture this encounter in a photo.
