When you arrive at Morgan's Rock Hotel, drop your bags and suitcases, dive into a new world, and take a step back. Experience a stay in the middle of Nicaragua's nature. Here you will be surrounded by exotic inhabitants, which you may discover with a little luck: Howler monkeys that skillfully swing through the trees, relaxed sloths hanging from the branches, and a countless variety of colorful birds that wake you up in the morning with their singing.

Situated on about 16 square kilometers of Nicaraguan jungle, almost half of Morgan's Rock is on private, protected terrain. This part of the property is used for environmentally responsible agriculture, which provides the hotel's restaurant with fresh produce such as fruit, vegetables and meat.

The airport Augusto C. Sandino is 2 hours away. The city of Granada can be reached in about 90 minutes.

A short path connects the bungalows with the restaurant. Here you will be served authentic and delicious food created with fresh ingredients from our own farm by the friendly staff. Enjoy wonderful views on the terrace or in the open-air dining room while you savor local dishes such as handmade tortillas. Thanks to the farm, Morgan’s Rock is able to use 60% of its food, such as meat, milk, grains, vegetables and fruit from its own production.

The lodge's pool invites you to cool down with refreshments and the beautiful sandy beach is also within easy reach and provides relaxing hours of sunshine.

The hotel continues to pursue various approaches to sustainability. It works against poaching, illegal logging, and deforestation, as well as planted hundreds of trees as part of a project. Local materials were used to build the rooms, and they are furnished with typical Nicaraguan art. A bio-filter system supports the sustainable progress of the hotel.

15 selected bungalows welcome you with typical local charm. Built from natural materials, they nestle perfectly in the jungle and offer a view of the private beach. Here you will find it hard not to relax.

Each of the bungalows has a terrace where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning with a beautiful view. The bungalows are located on a cliff about 10 to 30 meters above the private beach and the small bay. They can be reached via a 45-meter-long suspension bridge.

The balcony offers a special attraction: a queen-size daybed hanging from the ceiling on thick ropes, reminding guests of the casual luxury they want to experience here.

Inside the bungalows you will find an authentic touch of Nicaraguan art by the painter Augusto Silva, who was inspired by the locals. With up to five people, you will find comfortable accommodation with plenty of space. Facilities include a fan, a private terrace overlooking the mountains, and a private bathroom with shower. The interior is decorated in a country house style with modern details. The bungalows also have wooden furniture, wooden floors, wooden beamed ceilings, and thatched roofs.

Enjoy different packages during your stay:

Light: Stay in a bungalow and enjoy a daily breakfast and dinner with tropical fruit drinks. Dinner consists of three courses: appetizer, main course, and dessert.

Relax: This package is similar to the Light package, but additionally includes lunch (which like the dinner consists of three courses).

Discover: The Discover package includes three meals, tropical fruit drinks, Nicaraguan beer, a 177 ml bottle of rum, and one excursion per day. Lunch and dinner consist of three courses as in the other two packages. For the excursions, choose from the following options: night hike, jungle trek, breakfast on the farm, horseback riding, sunset tour, and a property tour.

Thanks to the excellent location, activities and excursions of all kinds are possible: visit Ometepe Island, go surfing, or hike around the volcanoes from this area.
