Experience exciting insights of the largest ethnic group's life on the coast of Mombasa, have up close contact with the **various wild animals of Africa **, and taste the different flavorsof the culture.
Have a great start to your day and enjoy a relaxing morning at your hotel until you are picked up at the reception around 1 pm. Where will this excursion lead you? The first destination is the famous Seba Farm, which provides Severin Sea Lodge and Severin Safari Camp with fresh fruit and vegetables. In the traditional way, papaya, piri piri and much more are grown for hotel cuisine. If you've had a bit of an appetite, enjoy the fruit right off the harvest - an unparalleled taste.
With a warm "Karibu", which means "welcome", you will later be greeted in the traditional Giriama village. The people of the Giriama are characterized by their loving nature— they are happy to show every guest an exciting insight into their village life. The highlight of this visit? A conversation with the leader of the village. He tells you more authentically than anybody else about the architecture, agriculture, wildlife and family life of the coast's largest ethnic group.
Before you know it, it is time to say goodbye again because the next destination is waiting. The Nguuni Reserve brings you closer to the Kenyan wilderness— feel the goose bumps rise when you see giraffes, ostriches and other animals up close and personal. With a glass of South African wine in hand, indulge in a delicious barbecue by the campfire complemented by an indescribable sunset.
