Would you like to experience Dubrovnik from a completely different perspective? Get into your kayak and experience caves, nature, clear water, and an exciting panoramas before sunset. See the city walls from a distance whilst experiencing the nature around this medieval city.

Kayak into the sunset

In the afternoon, you will meet your guide at the port of Pile below the majestic Lovrjenac fortress. Before your adventure along the Pearl of the Adriatic and UNESCO World Heritage Site begins, you will receive a short introduction to the use of the kayak. Take your time until you are confident using the kayak and start with the first paddle strokes on the Adriatic Sea. The further out you paddle, the better you will get an entirely new perspective on Dubrovnik. Paddle along the city walls, which are elevated above you, until you reach the hidden Betina Cave with the eponymous beach - a real gem. Take the opportunity to take a short break and stretch your legs. Do you have swimming gear on you? Then let's get into the cool water and its crystal clear depths - which also invite you to snorkel in the clear depths.

Afterwards, you will paddle toward Lokrum island, located about 700 meters (or approx. 0.4 miles) away from Dubrovnik. Attention, GOT fans: Some scenes of Game of Thrones were shot on this island. Do you recognize the town of Quarth from the show? Around these islands you will also find several hidden caves - great for photography lovers.

As the sun gradually plunges into the horizon, you will make your way back to the harbor where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the sunset. The Elaphiti Islands off Dubrovnik are an unforgettable experience.
