Al Seef Heritage Hotel

The Khor Dubai, best known as Dubai Creek, plays a central role in Dubai's development. The first fishermen and pearl divers settled on the north and south banks of the Creek, laying the foundation for the bustling metropolis that exists today.

Set in the city’s historical district, the waterfront and its numerous authentic restaurants, souks and dhow jetties were concluded in 2018.

The Al Fahidi Historical District is only a few minutes' walk away. Visit the museums, the Al Fahidi Fort, and the most famous souks of Dubai.

Dubai Airport and Downtown Dubai are only 15 minutes away from the hotel.

The Al Seef Heritage Hotel opened in 2018. The style and architecture are reminiscent of an old Arab village. All of its buildings were built in typical Arabic style, which makes this new construction look like it is centuries-old.

The hotel restaurant, Saba'a, serves typical Arabic and international cuisine for breakfast and dinner.

Take free shuttle buses to the sister hotel, the Zabeel House Mini, where you can use the pool and gym free of charge!

The hotel's 190 rooms are spread over 22 traditionally designed Arab Bayts.

All rooms are furnished in classic Arabic style with high-quality wood and other natural materials. Most of the wood furniture is handmade.

The entire facility is almost plastic-free and offers eco-friendly products from local producers.

Deluxe Souk View Room - approx. 25 m², the simple yet comfortably furnished rooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning, walk-in shower and view of the adjacent souk.

Deluxe Creek View Room - 25 m², same equipment as Deluxe Souk View Rooms, but with a view of Dubai Creek.

Please note that the less busy summer months are particularly used for repairs and maintenance measures in the hotel. During this time, optical and acoustic restrictions are to be expected.

During Ramadan, the month of fasting, restrictions are also to be expected in gastronomic operations and in the other services offered by the hotel.
