Description

Awaken the adventurer in you with a new and exciting experience: spend the night in a tree tent high above the ground. With the help of your guide, you’ll pitch your tent between the trees for the night. Escape to the serene forest, without electricity, away from the hustle and bustle, and in the middle of Baden-Württembuerg’s beautiful nature.

Destination

Europe

Baden-Württemberg - Rems-Murr-Kreis

Pack your backpacks for your night in nature! Your guide will lead you through the forest and to your camp’s destination. Are you looking forward to a unique camping experience? Pick the right tree and stretch your tent at the height of almost two metres off the ground! It might be daunting to set up, but your guide is there to help you.

Children love this adventure because there’s so much to discover and experience in the forest. Wander around the area and let your guide teach you about the local flora and fauna.

For dinner, you’ll gather around the fire for a grilled dinner. Share some anecdotes and snacks as the fire crackles beneath the starry sky. Do you hear the beautiful sound of silence? The forest’s tranquillity allows you to listen to the nighttime critters come to life.

When it’s time for bed, climb the rope ladder into your tent and make yourself comfortable in your unique floating sleep space. Believe it or not, the tents' comfort is much better than regular camping or lying in a hammock.

If the weather permits, you can experience another highlight: remove the rain cover and enjoy the uninterrupted view of the treetops and starry sky.

Overnight stay with half board near Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

Wake up to the sound of the forest coming to life. Singing birds and early rays of sunshine will gently awaken you. Can you smell the fresh trees and coffee brewing near the fire? Enjoy breakfast with the rest of the camp before packing up. Local beehives and fruit trees provide fresh flavours to your tasty meal.

Before you know it, it’s time to say goodbye and dismantle your tents. To make this experience last, together with your guide, you will leave no trace of your stay. This practice even teaches the little ones how important it is to protect nature!

The tree tents stretch between the trees, with three tension straps at individual heights up to three metres. There are different tent sizes to choose from: one, two and three-person tents. Thanks to a mosquito net, you’re protected from the nighttime pests inside your tent.

The three-person tents have a load-bearing capacity of around 400 kilograms, therefore holding a maximum of three adults.

Please note that there will be no electricity or running water during your stay. There’s a simple outhouse available to use.
