Sophisticated cuisine with selected organic ingredients from the region
137 Pillars House Chiang Mai was built at the end of the 19th century as the headquarters of the East Borneo Company. The name of the restored boutique hotel, which opened in 2011, is as extraordinary as its history. When a journalist discovered the affluent house in 1880, he was amazed at the number of pillows the owner had. He counted them and came up with 137.
Even today, countless cushions and a selected, historical interior exude a charm of bygone colonial times. In one of Thailand’s most exclusive hotel addresses, 30 opulent suites with Victorian bathrooms and the highest level of comfort await you.
