Embark on a special gastronomic journey with May Kaidee's cooking school, known for its vegetarian dishes. During the half-day cooking class, both beginners and experienced cooks will learn how to prepare traditional Thai dishes.
Your first lesson will be how to prepare chili paste. Immerse yourself in the world of Thai spices and herbs, oils and sauces, and key ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves.
You will then begin cooking the most popular Thai recipes such as Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai and more. The preparations will be taught step by step, accompanied by discussions, questions and answers.
At the end of the course, you will enjoy the prepared dishes. For dessert, the classic par excellence awaits you: Sticky Rice with mango and coconut.
